Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. jkt89 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified Accounts, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional compliance checks are required.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jkt89 may request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
All Account balances, wagers, wins, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jkt89 does not operate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fee is applied to IDR transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the jkt89 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires the Member to wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. jkt89 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other Members; and any other strategy that jkt89 reasonably considers to be an exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, jkt89 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the Account.
jkt89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by Members at the time of the change, except where jkt89 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jkt89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
